What Youll Do

• Perform advanced CNC milling and turning setup
• Inspect and verify parts to strict quality standards
• Interpret blueprints GD&T and technical specifications
• Troubleshoot machining and process issues
• Collaborate with Engineering and Management to produce stable repeatable processes
• Work with titanium molybdenum stainless steel alloys and other difficult alloys
• Edit setup sheets and recommend process improvements
• Perform tooling and process research
• Document job activity time and nonconformance in our ERP system
• Partner with Process Engineering on new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 7 years of advanced machining experience
• Strong CNC setup expertise - multi-axis preferred
• Tooling feeds & speeds workholding and material behavior experience
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specs
• Excellent measurement skills including tight tolerances
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Deep understanding of best machining/manufacturing practices
• A proactive problem-solving mindset focused on quality
• Safety conscience with all aspects of the shop

Compensation

• $30 $40/hour
• Sign-on bonus available
