Job Description

This role offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment based in Alpharetta GA or fully remote.

What You Will Do:

• Design and implement accounting standards and SOPs aligned with USALI and GAAPkeeping us accurate and audit-ready.
• Guide the monthly reporting process ensuring timely and materially accurate financials for stakeholders.
• Lead a high-performing team by developing talent supporting performance and modeling our Core Values.
• Partner cross-functionally with operators vendors and corporate teams to support financial and operational goals.
• Oversee accounting systems internal controls and partner with treasury services to ensure smooth efficient operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• 8 years in accounting and 4 years leading hospitality accounting teams because hotel finance comes with unique complexities.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business providing the strong foundation this role requires.
• Deep knowledge of GL AP payroll and hotel-level financial transactions.
• Strong experience with balance sheets account reconciliations and banking reconciliations.
• Experience with third-party management and multiple properties with the ability to balance owner expectations brand standards and competing deadlines.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Sage ProfitSage Workday FloQast and accounting automation tools is a strong plus.
