Practice Nurse 2 Days a Week
30 per hour
Location: Norwich
SystmOne Experience Required
We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our team for two days per week. The ideal candidate will be confident in a range of Treatment Room activities with experience in Chronic Disease Management (particularly asthma) being advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Room duties including wound care immunisations cervical screening and venepuncture
- Chronic Disease Management (asthma experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in SystmOne
