Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical care to patients with complex health needs
- Oversee and coordinate clinical operations within the practice
- Manage HR functions including recruitment performance management and staff development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Implement and maintain efficient practice management processes
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment for staff members
- Contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Advanced Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Masters or Doctorate degree in nursing
- Proven experience in HR and operations management within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
- Strong understanding of practice management and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills

Day-to-day
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
