Location: The Learning Experience Dedham MA
Schedule: Part-Time 3:00 PM 6:00 PM MondayFriday
Pay: $22$23 per hour
- Support preschool classrooms during afternoon learning and transitions
- Implement engaging activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Help maintain a safe organized and nurturing classroom environment
- Guide children through centers dismissal routines and end-of-day activities
- Communicate positively with families during pickup
- Partner with teaching teams to maintain classroom consistency and quality
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
- Massachusetts EEC certification (Infant/Toddler and Preschool qualified) required
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- Reliable and comfortable supporting afternoon classroom transitions
