We are expanding our team and looking for technologists with experience in Application Security Machine Learning practitioners of developing code languages and passion for Artificial Intelligence. This role is geared for an individual contributor that can lead within someone who enjoys the challenges of building enterprise capabilities establishing strategy and best practices geared for AI assisted development ready to assess risks and develop comparison metrics of AI generated contributions. This role will be filled with someone that likes a challenge ability to research and apply solutions with a passion for growing the business securely preserving confidentiality integrity and availability. What youll do:

• Become part of an elite Security Team solving evolving security exploits and technology trends.
• Develop Application Security strategy for AIassisted development across SDLC and CI/CD.
• Establish architecture patterns for safe use of AI coding assistants (IDE CLI PR bots) including datahandling and model interaction boundaries.
• Champion AI security controls that are developerfirst fast and lowfriction while ensuring enterprise policy adherence. Quantify defect rates and risk between human vs. AIgenerated changes.
• Author secure coding standards for AIgenerated code and drive adoption measuring enforcement and telemetry.
• Assess risks of AI code contributions and codify automated checks.
• Orchestrate security tools and connect findings to AI remediation workflows.
• Pretrain and finetune enterprise AI coding agents on secure patterns org policies and vetted libraries to minimize insecure suggestions.
• Create developer blueprints and code recipes that embed secure defaults into AI scaffolding and templates.
• Mentor staff and partner teams; evangelizing AIsecure coding prompt safety and pipeline guiding principles.

What youll bring:

• AI and ML expertise with a keen knowledge of code development and deployment.
• I am an experienced career technologist who is well-versed in application development methodologies CI/CD and remediation techniques.
• Holds a technology degree with 7 years or equivalent experience in cybersecurity Application Security development and code management or computer science.
• Familiarity with broad set of development and query languages.
• Experience in building and administrating solutions within the tech stack; Development knowledge CI/CD libraries utilities (modern knowledge); strong communications (verbally and written) enjoys a challenge organized team player ability to learn needs to be able to lead and follow and know when to do either.
• Someone who enjoys exercisingyour experience to develop solutions that will enable better insight into the enterprise identifying gaps and areas of improvement.
• Naturally inquisitive with a passion for learning and understanding the nuances of development technology.
• An adaptive learner who can partner with other technologists and leaders to deliver solutions securely at the speed of business.
• An innovative logical and inquisitive mind with a desire to be effective.
• Familiarity with regulatory concepts (for example NIST SOX PCI HIPAA)
• A curious and continual learning mindset across security technologies trends threats and exploits
• Practical understanding of technical and nontechnical risk response options.
• A passion for global responsibility
• Collaboration and expertise for evolving technology paired with an eagerness to learn and develop those around them.

The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00 - $220000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
