What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Managing daily shop operations
- Keeping trucks stocked and organized
- Overseeing inventory & materials
- Delivering machines/equipment to job sites
- Ensuring tools are maintained and ready
- Supporting technicians so they stay efficient
- Maintaining a clean professional shop
If the shop runs smoothly our entire company runs smoothly. This role matters.
What You Must Have:
- Strong plumbing knowledge (REQUIRED)
- Prior management or supervisory experience
- Ability to safely deliver machines
- Valid drivers license & clean record
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Self-motivated and dependable
