Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelors degree required; 2 years experience in higher education alumni relations recruitment event coordination or a related field. Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and best practices with the ability to leverage digital engagement strategies to support outreach and recruitment efforts. Comfort with travel occasional evening/weekend work and managing logistics in fast-paced environments. Self-motivated resourceful and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a dynamic team structure. Strong aptitude for learning and utilizing new technologies and data systems.
