Position Summary

The Parking Supervisor is generally responsible for supervising parking staff for events in the Downtown New Orleans area. This position reports to the Parking Manager.

This role pays an hourly rate between $20.00-$22.00

This position will remain open until July 24th 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaincore values while working onproperty.
  • Inspect parking lots several times throughout the day.
  • Ensuresafe and efficient traffic patterns for allguests.
  • Assistmanagerwith event day operations ofparkinglotsand trafficflow.
  • Assist Managerwith enforcement of employee parkingprogram.
  • Ensure event day checklists arefollowed & completed for the entiretyof the event.
  • Ensure the campus is set up and lots areready for the event.
  • Report traffic incidents in lots to the manager.
  • Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parkingoperations.
  • Perform inventory management.
  • Assist Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries andinvestigatecomplaints/concerns.
  • Assistingwith the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred.
  • Must be able to legallyoperatevehicles.
  • Core customercommunication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays weekday evenings weekends earlymorningsand late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
