Senior Art Director-Performance Creative
Were searching for a Senior Art Director to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director Performance Creative you will create performance-driven work that supports print digital and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
- You will createconceptual yetperformance-drivenworksuch as paid social display email OLV and landing pageswhile satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
- You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategies that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences across channels.
- You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
- You will apply audience insights strategic frameworks and direct response best practices to your work.
- You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each.
- You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g. DCO Content Velocity Dynamic Video Modular Content Systems).
- You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum art direction experienceincreative advertising and performance creative
- Bachelors in advertising marketing or related field required; in lieu of degree equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- Experience working with the nuances and requirements of writing for Direct Mail Online Display Email Social and Digital Experiences including video.
- Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility advertising technologies and development methods
- Brand development experience
The annual salary range for this position is $68000 - $100000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
