As our Technical Services Coordinator youll be the operational heartbeat of our service and project teams. Youll juggle incoming service requests keep project schedules on track and make sure parts appointments and logistics are handled with precision. Youll be the go-to person for making sure nothing falls through the cracksand youll do it all with a smile

Remote First/Hybrid Role:
This is a hybrid role based in the Seattle Metro area. Youll handle many responsibilities remotely but youll also join us in the office 45 days a week as part of a rotating schedule. Candidates must reside within about 50 miles of downtown Seattle to support on-site duties when needed.

So what will I be doing every day
Below is a list of the day-to-day areas of responsibility. You wont be responsible for all of them right from the outset youll be working with other members of our team and your responsibility will increase over time.

• Triage incoming service tickets and coordinate resources like a pro
• Answer service calls and deliver timely professional responses to clients
• Support project teams with scheduling task tracking parts management and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients to confirm project timelines site readiness and gather feedback
• Coordinate details for onsite service including prep schedule changes and validations
• Manage vehicle usage maintenance schedules car inventory and parts
• Oversee shipping and receiving for service and project needs
• Help organize and execute internal events (yes we like to celebrate!)
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and documentation
• Maintain calendars coordinate logistics and keep internal initiatives running smoothly

• Educated - There are a few pre-requisites for a job at Dynamic Computing. One is that you got an education that will help support your career path. For this position it means at least an AA or Technical degree in something thats at least kind of computer or IT related. If youve got a bachelors degree thats even better (unless its in General Studies). Heck well even take a masters degree (although we might not be able to afford you). If youve got a PhD then we definitely cant afford you. Sorry.

What do I get for all my hard work
Good question! Heres the scoop on this position:

• Money - The compensation for this position is market competitive and will be dependent upon experience and expertise but we anticipate a base salary between $55-$75k annually. After a few months youll be eligible for our bonus program which gives you the opportunity to earn an additional 10% of your salary each quarter.
• Time - Wed like 40 hours/week from you. It might be 45 some weeks but hopefully not too often. Well try our best not to have it hit 50. And youll keep a roughly business hours schedule (Were open M-F 7:30am 6:00pm. Typical start time is 8:30 am with some flexibility).
• Medical We pay 100% of your medical insurance! (Were not kidding). Well also contribute to your HSA account and wed encourage you to do the same (not to mention that you get a tax break for doing so).
• Disability We also ensure all employees have both a short-term and long-term disability plan in place to make sure that you continue to receive income if you get hurt and are unable to work.
• Retirement We provide a Simple IRA retirement plan matched dollar per dollar for up to the first 3% of your salary.
• Paid holidays Youll get paid for 9 holidays without even showing up to work! Youll get to pick either MLK or Presidents Day choice of 4th of July or Juneteenth plus Memorial Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day & following Friday two days at Christmas and New Years Day.
• Additional PTO Youll get about 16 additional paid personal days off per year that you can use if youre sick or for vacation.
• Transportation Subsidy -Youll get an ORCA card or parking subsidy depending on how often you are projected to be in the office. The ORCA card entitles you to free transit on the bus train light rail and more that you can use to commute.
