What You Will Do:

• Evaluating processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions (using ESRI and MAVEN Smart Systems)

• Leading ongoing reviews of current operations processes and developing optimization strategies

• Respond to live requests and events with clients

• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

• Developing visualizations for high priority client needs using mapping and data science tools all within MAVEN Smart Systems

• Performing requirements analysis

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and visualizations

• Working closely with clients technicians and managerial staff

• Ensuring solutions meet client needs and requirements through internal reviews

• Managing projects developing project plans and monitoring performance

• Updating implementing documenting and maintaining procedures

• Prioritizing initiatives based on client needs and requirements

• Managing competing resources and priorities

• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  o Once onboard with Guidehouse new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET security clearance

• Bachelors degree; FOUR (4) years of military GIS or data analysis related equivalent experience may be used in lieu of degree

• THREE (3) or more years experience in IT or Data Analysis

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.

• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills

• Experience with MAVEN Smart Systems or Palantir systems

• Experience using ESRI products and geospatial tools

• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and operations

• Experience with transportation management systems

• Experience supporting or delivering large scale IT system deployments
