The primary purpose of this position is to generate opportunities by engaging with medical businesses regarding leasing or purchasing available commercial spaces.
Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:
Approaching medical businesses to discuss leasing or purchasing opportunities
Building relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target markets
Managing conversations and guiding prospects through the decision process
Working towards results-driven targets and performance outcomes
Collaborating with the wider team to support business growth initiatives

Previous experience in sales or business development in medical or real estate industries
