Your role at St John of God Warrnambool Hospital
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grade 1 or Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our team in a fixedterm parental leave position until July 2027 this is a part-time opportunity working 22.8 hours per week.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering highquality evidencebased physiotherapy services across a diverse client caseload.
You will have the opportunity to further develop your clinical skills in a wellresourced environment that values professional growth and innovation. Experience in Lymphoedema or Pelvic Health is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage given the specialised nature of our service needs.
The Position
Provide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments where applicable.
Ensure that direct working relationships are established and maintained with multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers including active participation in the multidisciplinary team meetings
Use of Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures and use of Patient feedback satisfaction measures and quality assurance activities
Participate in the physiotherapy department weekend roster if required.
Responsible for completing appropriate administrative duties arising from each session instructed. This requires liaison with the office administration team reporting of statistical data and completion of clinical documentation.
Attend staff meetings and present at professional development sessions as required.
Accepts responsibility for maintaining and strengthening own professional knowledge and expertise. Maintenance of own continuing professional development portfolio as required
Promote a positive safety culture within their areas by demonstrating a positive commitment to OHS.
You will hold a registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and will have a demonstrate senior clinical experience and leadership in clinical practice as a physiotherapist within a healthcare and disability service setting.
To succeed in this multi-disciplinary team you will have recent experience in Physiotherapy services in relevant clinical settings including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments.

We can offer you
Salary Grade 1: $70866 to $97980 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus 12% superannuation
Salary Grade 2: $95432 to $114129 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus 12% superannuation
Fixed-term part-time contract working 22.8 hours per week
