Join a dynamic 18-person team in Farringdon to own social media strategy for visionary brands across real estate construction and climate. You will split your time between building Bloxsprings presence and managing high-impact client accounts creating everything from long-form thought leadership to short-form video content that cuts through industry noise.

What you will do:

• Plan and produce multi-channel content across LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and Substack including reels motion graphics and reactive posts.

• Act as a hybrid creative by owning both high-level copywriting and visual design using tools like Figma Canva or Adobe Suite.

• Monitor industry news cycles to identify real-time engagement opportunities and manage community interactions to build authentic brand voices.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years of experience in a social media role ideally within an agency environment or managing multiple B2B brand accounts.

• Proven portfolio demonstrating hands-on design capability and the ability to produce polished short-form video content independently.

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the versatility to switch between different brand tones registers and complex B2B subject matters.
