We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple global Salesforce initiatives within a complex integrated enterprise environment. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into clear highquality requirements and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with global IT teams and vendor partners.
How you will make an impact
- Lead endtoend business analysis and requirements management
- Translate complex needs into functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and guide vendor Business Analysts
- Participate in UAT planning solution validation and functional acceptance
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and CPQ
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations including SAP MuleSoft eCommerce platforms Conga and related systems
- Ability to assess impacts validate data flows and challenge solution designs
Your Background
- 35 years experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
- Proven experience in Salesforce programs and multisystem integrations
- Experience working in global multivendor delivery models
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with processmapping tools (Visio Miro Lucidchart)
- UAT and crossplatform testing experience
