Were looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader to manage our on-site Starbucks location at Hotel X Toronto. As a Store Manager you will take ownership of daily store operations lead a dedicated team and deliver an exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver customer service and maintain a positive in-store experience.
Manage scheduling inventory and ordering supplies efficiently.
Assess customer complaints/problems taking proper prompt and effective corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cultivate a strong team culture through ongoing training and development assist with interviews for new hires reviews appraisals for hourly staff and gives guidance on employee issues.
Complete the daily payroll. Make adjustments on a daily basis. Correct any errors on employee pay cheques in an expeditious and complete manner ensuring satisfaction of our employees.
Supporting and enforcing all hotel and Starbucks operating policies and procedures.
Maintain clean organized and safe work environment aligned with hotel expectations.
Communicate clearly and consistently with hotel senior leadership team and Starbucks corporate.
Performs other tasks assigned by Management.
Compensation
$55K - $65k

Qualifications:
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience.
- Minimum High School or GED.
- Consistently maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Energetic and outgoing with a positive attitude driven to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor with professional maturity.
- Must have excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to interact with all levels of associates and customers in a professional and cordial manner.
- Excellent organizational computer analytical interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings evenings weekends and/ or holidays.
