Operations Coordinator

Key Accountabilities

• Experience creating daily schedules for Operators/Labourers & Equipment
• Review required paperwork ensure required documents and information is available entering data for invoicing
• Assist the Billing Department with customer invoicing
• Create sales orders in OMS
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Provide support exporting information from various sources into excel reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Post-Secondary education is preferred
• Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace especially Excel
• Dispatching experience is an asset
• Previous Logistics and Waste Management experience is an asset
• Must be detail-oriented highly organized and efficient
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
