Transformation Consultant (Business Analyst)

As a Transformation Consultant (Business Analyst) you will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation programmes for leading banks insurers and financial institutions.

What will you do

You will work at the intersection of business technology and transformation supporting clients through complex change initiatives.

• Analysing and documenting business processes operating models and customer journeys within FSI environments.

• Translating business needs into clear structured business and functional requirements.

• Supporting endtoend transformation initiatives (digitalisation regulatory change core system migrations target operating models).

• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and senior management to define scope priorities and solutions.

• Creating highquality consulting deliverables such as business cases gap analyses and impact assessments.

• Collaborating closely with project managers architects developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Acting as a trusted advisor and driving clarity and momentum in complex transformation contexts.

Your skills & qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst Functional Analyst or Consultant within Financial Services.

• Strong understanding of banking insurance payments and/or risk & compliance domains.

• Experience working on transformation or change initiatives.

• Excellent analytical and structuring skills; able to translate complexity into clear insights.

• Handson experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum or hybrid delivery approaches.

• Masters degree in Business Economics Engineering Finance or a related field

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Dutch or French

• Proactive clientfocused and comfortable in consulting environments.
