Job Summary

A mental health organization is seeking a Care Manager Supervisor to help lead and grow the Care Management department while working alongside an existing department manager.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and support the Care Management team
Develop and implement departmental processes
Oversee client care management and service coordination
Execute department strategies and operational plans
Work closely with the existing department manager
Participate in weekly leadership meetings

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong leadership and execution skills
Ability to work collaboratively under existing management
Comfortable in a growing fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities

Salary: $75k - $90k/Year
