- Designing learning activities and creating unforgettable experiences
- Ensuring the safety of participants reporting any concerns as per licensing guidelines
- Participating actively in peer learning through reflection feedback and modeling

- Contributing to a fun welcoming and organized environment
- Be age 18or older
- Eligible to work in the United States of America
- Be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Be able to pass all required background checks and criminal history review
- Meet LARA licensing education requirements appropriate to the assigned role
- Be able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Hold carry or lift up to 25 pounds
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience and love of the outdoors.
