Position Hours:
8-hour shift Monday to Friday (one evening shift is required per week)
One weekend shift is required per month. Hours are subject to change to suit clinic needs.
The main office in Morton Grove. Based on business needs travel to sister sites in Glenview and Lincolnwood is expected to help cover absences. Distance from Morton Grove to Glenview site is approximately 4 miles and 5 miles to Lincolnwood site.

Clinic Hours:
Monday Wednesday & Thursday: 7AM-7PM
Tuesday: 8AM-7PM
Friday: 7AM-5PM
Saturday: 8AM-12PM (open 3 Saturdays a month)
Sunday: Closed
Medical Assistant Hours:
Monday Friday: 8.5 hour shifts with a lunch;including one late shift per week (until close) on a week day
Saturday: one shift per month
Hours may change based on clinic needs
Other:
Main office is Glenview. Occasional travel to sister sites in Morton Grove and Lincolnwood is expected to cover absences. Distance from Glenview to Lincolnwood site is approximately 10 miles and 4 miles to Morton Grove site. One evening shift is expected at least once a week.
A background in primary care with strong phlebotomy skills is preferred.
Pay Range
$21.85 - $32.80- MUST have a medical assistant diploma or 2 years of medical assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of medical assistant experience to qualify.

WhatWillYouDo:
As a Medical Assistant youll play a vital role on the care team supporting providers connecting with patients and helping ensure a seamless compassionate experience every day.
As a key member of the ambulatory care team you will:
Welcome patients and support their transition intocare.
Take and record vital signs medical histories and healthscreenings.
Prepare patients for exams andassistproviders duringprocedures.
Administer medications and vaccines asdirected.
Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-caretesting.
Document care accurately in the electronic healthrecord.
Partner with physicians nurses and teammates to deliver high-quality coordinatedcare.

We areLooking For:
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant or 2 years of verifiable full-time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years.
Phlebotomyskills preferred.
