We are seeking a handson Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead our inhouse payroll processes and support the administration and evolution of our benefits programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong fundamentals attention to detail and room to growsomeone who enjoys both technical work and being a trusted resource for employees.
What Youll Do
- Own and process daytoday inhouse payroll ensuring accuracy compliance and timeliness
- Maintain compliance with federal state and local payroll laws and regulations
- Administer current benefit programs and support open enrollment vendor coordination and employee questions
- Evaluate and support enhancements to benefits offerings processes and systems
- Serve as an associatefocused resource resolving payroll and benefits issues with professionalism and care
- Work comfortably within webbased and cloud HR/payroll systems
- Handson payroll experience (inhouse preferred)
- Working knowledge of payroll compliance and wage/hour regulations
- Exposure to benefits administration across multiple programs or vendors
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Techsavvy and comfortable with modern HR and payroll systems
- Approachable serviceoriented and collaborative
This role is based in our Irvine headquarters and is on-site
