Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart located in Irvine CA.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (CI/SH) business a newly established and strategically important organization within J&J MedTech. This role will provide endtoend financial support including P&L performance management strategic analysis and portfolio decision support helping to establish strong financial governance and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support endtoend CI/SH P&L performance management including quarterly BvA analysis and leadership reviews.
Support annual budget forecast and longrange planning cycles (BP JU NU LT).
Develop and maintain key financial KPIs.
Provide financial analysis and business case support for R&D and portfolio investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
Support partnership economics and margin analysis.
Partner crossfunctionally with R&D Commercial Supply Chain and Corporate Finance to support business decisions.
Drive automation standardization and enhancements to financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
Prepare clear decisionquality financial materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of finance experience is required preferably in MedTech or a matrixed organization.
Strong financial modeling analytical and communication skills are required.
Advanced Excel required; SAP and AFO experience strongly preferred.
Ability to operate effectively in a fastchanging growthoriented environment is required.
This position is located in Irvine CA and may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
