What Youll Do
Job Summary
Responsible for addressing the needs of our customers and sales representatives by carefully reviewing and processing all documents received in the shared inbox. This role requires timely follow-up and execution of the appropriate procedures for each request.
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming documents following established procedures.
- Maintain the assigned site or region with minimal backlog and ensure accurate processing.
- Follow up on emails and purchase orders to ensure timely invoicing.
- Provide detailed attention to the coordination and shipment of products within the United States.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of customer service experience.
- Oracle knowledge (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency.
- Computer proficiency.
- English proficiency (reading writing and speaking).
