What Youll Do

Youll be the first point of contact for advisers and firmshandling calls emails and daytoday support queries with confidence clarity and care. From onboarding new intermediaries to managing agency changes and commission queries youll keep everything running smoothly accurately and compliantly.

Your role will be key to creating a bestinmarket intermediary experience. Youll take ownership of each query guiding advisers through processes resolving issues and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Youll also work collaboratively with teams across the business spotting opportunities to improve how we work and enhance the experience we deliver.
