Job Summary

Were hiring a Warehouse & Fulfillment Team Lead to run day-to-day warehouse operations supervise a small team and ensure equipment and orders move accurately safely and on time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor leading by example and improving how things work.

What Youll Do

Lead daily receiving picking packing staging and shipping
Oversee equipment builds and EQSRs with quality checks and documentation
Coordinate workflow with warehouse staff and technicians
Manage inventory accuracy transfers and cycle counts
Assign daily tasks and support training and onboarding
Work closely with Operations and Service teams
Promote safety and organized workspaces

What You Need

3 years in warehouse logistics or fulfillment
Previous team lead or coordinator experience
Strong inventory and material-handling knowledge
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced hands-on environment
Able to lift and move equipment safely

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
