What Youll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness organization and wash quality
• Encourage a positive team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. Youll be on your feet leading the team supporting customers and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What Were Looking For

• 18 years old
• Previous leadership retail hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable motivated and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
