Belay Technologies is seeking a Data Engineer (Senior Oracle DE2) to join our intel a team introducing emerging technologies for enterprise-wide impact on daily and lead new development efforts starting from the ground with key stakeholdersincluding ina project with high visibility across the one of the select SMEs taking the lead asan initialarchitect in a pioneering development expand as the technology you implement is adopted across different on a team developinga series ofapplications thatare certified trusted sources ofmission-critical data for decision-makingacross the build andmaintaindatabases based on simple UXmiddlewareand backend database development efforts by collaboratingwith developers to define and implement technical designs that meet project frequent interactions with customers to gather input and andoptimizeOracle databases to ensure their reliability security and database health and performance addressing any issues in an agile fast-paced team creatively solving customer requirement with a high degree of independence and initiative even with limited technical to improve system performance and Oracle packages and and manage database schemas.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- A bachelors degree and five(5) years experience as a Database Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity (10) years of experience required In lieu of bachelors degree
- Experience designingbuildingandmaintaininga database from simplerequirements
- Oracle SQL experience and knowledgein areas such ascreating tables SQL queries using unions joins (inner/outer)complexqueriesandviews
- Familiarity with Oracle Row Level Security
- Experience with data ETL
- Knowledge of PL/SQL
- Experience with optimizing queries
- Experience withbuilding Oracle packages and functions.
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Familiarity with AWS RDS
- Familiarity with database administrative tasks such as backups database migrations and cloning and restoring (preferably using AWS RDS)
- Familiarity with SQL Developer session/sqlmonitoring tools
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite
- Experience working with Git for configuration management
- Experience working with the JSON format
