JOB SUMMARY

The Edibles Kitchen Supervisor reports to theKitchenManager and is responsible for production of Cresco Labs medically infused edible products. Managesa team of kitchen agents and leads to carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping cleaning cooking and operating basic production machinery. Produce edibles in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Cresco Labs.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Work withKitchen Managerto set weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Lead and motivate the second shift team to meet production goalsmaintainefficiency and ensure product quality.
• Manage kitchen agents with daily production of cannabis-infusedproductsusing commercial machinery.
• Personnel managementto includehiring discipline training. etc...
• Provide end-of-shift reports to the Kitchen Manager/first shift supervisor including updates on production output challengesencountered and equipment performance.
• Understand and execute batch calculations per Cresco Edibles manufacturing formulas.
• Maintain production logs lab testresultsand sanitation logs.
• Organize and inventory ingredients and other kitchen production supplies at the facility.
• Works with Materials Manager/Supervisor to place ingredient orders with approved vendorsloganddateeach shipment.
• Packaging finished goods producing compliance labels and finalizingMetrcmovements.
• Demonstrate an understanding of state and county health department requirements for Kitchen Production Facilities. Handle preparation for periodic inspections.
• Maintain a production areain accordance withCresco GMPGDPand Safety/Qualitystandards.
• Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands wearing a hair net changing clothes etc.
• Complete the sanitation of production equipment and tools including workspace production and packaging equipmentcookwareand appliances.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule based on production demands including occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy during second shift hours while ensuring seamless handoffs with other teams.
• All other job dutiesassigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Experience leading managing coaching and developing direct reports and teams.
• 2years experiencein food or confectionary processing/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a field and/or operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures preferably a regulated field producing products for human consumption.
• Demonstratesa clear understanding of recipes foodproductionand kitchen sanitation.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of SOPs GFSI GMPGDPand other company policies
• Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• ServSafepreferred
• Attention to detail ability tomonitorbasic kitchenproduction inprocesses organize andmaintainproduction logs and ingredient lot numbers.
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedchangingand challenging environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel andMetrc/Canixa plus.
• Requires work around plant material which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit stand and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.
• Requires ability tolift upto 50lbsto torso level.
