Your Role in Our Mission
As a QP Facilitator on the High-Fidelity Wraparound team you will build and lead the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support youth on a mission to stay at home in school and out of trouble. You will coordinate team activities to achieve this goal while providing direct support and education to families and team members. Using a strengths-based approach you will guide the family in accomplishing objectives outlined in the Family Plan and ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database. You will embody the Wraparound philosophy of Whatever it takes to meet the unique needs of youth and families driving meaningful lasting success.

This full-time Monday-Friday position offers a flexible schedule primarily business hours but does include 3pm-7pm to accommodate the familys schedules as needed. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly salary: $43680 to $52000 $21.00 to $25.00 per hour for this non-exempt position

What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology or related Human Services field
- Must meet the NC Qualified Professional requirements to include education and experience with the population served
- A valid drivers license current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
