Job Description
Our client a dynamic organization in the technology sector is looking for a skilled Senior Scrum Master to join their team. This Temp role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Agile projects and promote best practices. The position is open to candidates with relevant experience and a passion for fostering high-performing teams.
Senior Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile projects from start to finish ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
- Mentor and coach Scrum teams to achieve optimal performance levels.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners delivery leads and stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives.
- Support the adoption and proficient use of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Monitor team progress identify obstacles and implement solutions to improve delivery outcomes.
Senior Scrum Master Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Scrum team competencies.
- Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA Confluence and Ativo.
