We are seeking an experienced and driven Body Shop Manager to lead our dealership collision center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations driving profitability maintaining high-quality repair standards and building a strong accountable team culture.

This is an opportunity for a leader who can take ownership of the department improve processes and deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of body shop operations including production estimating and customer experience
• Drive revenue growth gross profit and overall department performance
• Monitor and improve cycle time efficiency and quality of repairs
• Lead coach and develop technicians estimators and support staff
• Ensure proper scheduling workflow and job distribution
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors
• Enforce dealership and manufacturer repair standards
• Oversee supplements estimates and final billing accuracy
• Maintain a safe clean and organized facility

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in collision center or body shop management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold a team accountable
• Solid understanding of DRP relationships estimating systems and repair processes
• Track record of improving performance efficiency and profitability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment
• Valid drivers license
