• Nights weekends and holidays required

• Run the kitchen during service (execution pace communication)
• Deliver consistent food qualityevery plate every time
• Hold team members accountable to standards and expectations
• Maintain a clean organized inspection-ready kitchen
• Support prep inventory ordering and cost control with the GM
• Step into any position as needed to ensure service runs smoothly
• Work directly with the General Manager to improve operations and performance

• Minimum 3 years kitchen experience
• Proven ability to lead a shift or team
• Food Safety Certification (required)
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail
• Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel for training (up to 1 week in Chicago)

• $21$23/hour (based on experience)
• Quarterly bonus opportunities tied to performance
