The Role
We are hiring a Kitchen Lead who can run a shiftstart to finishwithout being managed.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be expected to lead from the front maintain standards and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time position
610 hour shifts
Nights weekends and holidays required
What Youll Do
Run the kitchen during service (execution pace communication)
Deliver consistent food qualityevery plate every time
Hold team members accountable to standards and expectations
Maintain a clean organized inspection-ready kitchen
Support prep inventory ordering and cost control with the GM
Step into any position as needed to ensure service runs smoothly
Work directly with the General Manager to improve operations and performance
Non-Negotiables
Minimum 3 years kitchen experience
Proven ability to lead a shift or team
Food Safety Certification (required)
Ability to perform in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail
Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
Ability to travel for training (up to 1 week in Chicago)
Compensation & Benefits
$21$23/hour (based on experience)
Quarterly bonus opportunities tied to performance
1 week paid vacation after year one (and annually thereafter)
All training expenses paid (including travel)
