Hospital Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Baystate Noble Hospital Westfield MA
Looking for a leadership role that lets you maintain your bedside skills while growing as a nurse leader Baystate Noble Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee overnight operations and patient care across all hospital departments. No on-call required!

Night shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Position Summary
Ensure patient and staff safety while maintaining clinical and regulatory standards
Act as the on-site leader overnight supporting staff physicians and administration
Evaluate staffing needs assign resources and promote teamwork
Monitor patient care quality documentation and compliance with hospital policies
Participate in staff education in-services and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Massachusetts required.
Diploma in Nursing
