Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company:
- Own the vision strategy and execution for homepage wayfinding and integrated user experiences across domains and products.
- Partner with Design and Engineering leads to map and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys focusing on navigation discoverability and workflow integration.
- Identify and close customer experience gaps through deep customer and market research data analysis and close alignment with stakeholders.
- Drive development and implementation of innovative information architecture navigation experiments and homepage features that address customer pain points and enable cross-product adoption.
- Create and manage program metrics to measure the business and user impact of your initiatives.
- Collaborate with GTM Sales Marketing and CX partners to ensure successful launches and drive adoption of new homepage and wayfinding experiences.
- Facilitate sales and customer education and integrate customer feedback loops (surveys interviews analytics) into the product development cycle.
- Represent the voice of the customer across platform teams and provide strategic guidance on platform-level extensibility configuration and scalability.

- Demonstrated success owning strategy roadmap and delivery for a complex product or domain ideally in SaaS fintech or adjacent B2B/B2B2C environments
- Depth in modern product discovery and delivery practices including user research experimentation and datainformed decisionmaking
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining product metrics designing experiments and translating insights into clear product decisions
- Exceptional communication and influence skills with a track record of driving alignment and outcomes across senior stakeholders and multiple teams
- A customerobsessed outcomesdriven mindset and passion for empowering small and midsized businesses through simple powerful financial operations products

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.

$187600 - $234500 USD
