Whats the opportunity

Recruiting is a key driver to Fins success. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Fin youll act as a first impression for the company and partner closely with recruiters hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an optimal candidate interview experience. This position will support our global team to efficiently navigate complex scheduling requests and last-minute changes. Along with scheduling interviews our Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for supporting recruiting related initiatives and overall system maintenance. We currently operate in a hybrid working model and have offices in San Francisco Chicago Dublin London and Sydney. You will be expected to be in the office in Dublin at least 3 days a week.

What will I be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process including candidate communication interview panel coordination and room booking. Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Support recruiters and hiring panels by opening organising and maintaining recruitment data in our ATS. Generate reports and provide data insights as required.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience.
  • Facilitate on-site interviews including greeting candidates preparing interview spaces and ensuring a welcoming office experience.
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and Fins careers page. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
  • Assist with maintaining recruitment-related documents templates and processes. Help streamline and optimise recruitment operations including organising recruitment events managing recruitment campaigns and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Represent Fins mission vision and values with integrity and help us attract AI-enthusiasts who are excited to shape the future of customer service.

What skills do I need

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail high sense of urgency and prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Affinity for improving and caring for the candidate experience
  • Proficiency in multiple tools and systems: GSuite Microsoft office and applicant tracking systems

Bonus skills & attributes

  • Familiarity with our scheduling recruiting and HR Systems (Greenhouse Workday Candidate FYI)

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

The hourly pay range for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area is $33.65 to $42.79. Actual hourly pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education skills experience location etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
