Description

HPM is seeking skilled laborers carpenters equipment operators utility crews pipe crews and foremen for diverse projects (mining heavy civil infrastructure commercial multi-family government schools military). HPM is a federal contractor. Employees must have legal authorization to work in the US and be able to pass background checks for sensitive and security clearance sites. Some roles will require US citizenship.

This position is based out of our Englewood CO headquarters. Projects range across the Denver metro area across the front range and throughout the US.

HPM is a General Contractor located in Englewood Colorado with a focus in three primary working groups; 1) Federal 2) Commercial and 3) Civil. We work all throughout the front range and select locations throughout Colorado as well as key projects out of state including our secondary office in Anchorage AK. Pay: depends on position and experience but hourly pay ranges from $25.00 45.00/hour



Qualifications

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • OSHA 10 required OSHA 30 strongly preferred
  • MSHA certification or the ability to obtain certification may be required
  • Valid unexpired work authorization. HPM does not sponsor visas.
  • Other certifications may be required depending on role and project

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18 to apply.
  • A valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record is required as per company standards.
  • Strong communication skills needed
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols required at all times without exception
  • Motivated self-starter dedicated to excellence and proactive problem-solving.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic committed to achieving accurate and efficient results.
  • Deep commitment to safety working closely with team members to prevent accidents/injuries.
  • Ensure consistent and punctual attendance demonstrating reliability and regularity. Reliable transportation required.
  • Complete tasks within designated deadlines during standard operating hours and be available for overtime and weekend work as necessary.
  • Work safely and efficiently adhering to both oral and written instructions including safety protocols equipment guidelines and company policies.
  • Ability to work with tools heavy equipment as appropriate for the position.
  • Sit stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
