Role Summary
Under direction of SVP Leasing and working closely with various departments including but not limited toLeasing Legal Operations Construction & Development Ancillary Income and Asset Management to sourcenegotiate and execute retail leases in assigned portfolio. Assets are located in the greater Los Angeles regionand Bay Area (confirm!) currently spanning approximately 20 centers and 2M SF. This role reports to the SVP Leasing and is based in the office 5 days a week.

Essential Job Functions
Responsible for negotiating leases lease renewals assignments and amendments for an assignedportfolio or region.
Identify and attract potential tenants through various techniques including canvassing networkingand cold calling.
Prepare annual revenue budgets and projections as well as reforecasts.
Drive performance and maximize NOI.
Establish and maintain positive tenant and broker relationships.
Stay current on market and retail trends as well as the sales performance expansion plans andprototypes for retailers.
Manage third party broker network as necessary.
Additional responsibilities as needed or directed.

Qualifications and Technical Competencies
7 years experience in retail leasing
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills both in written format and oral presentation.

Ability to prioritize work in a team environment under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
Demonstrated self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervsion.
Ability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative in projects and tasks.
High degree of integrity.
Strong organizational skills.
Success in multi-tasking while maintaining a strong attention to detail and desire to perform projects and actions with the highest quality results.
Bachelors Degree preferred
Available for automobile and airline travel 25-50% of the time including overnight stays.

Benefits & Compensation
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage
retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Base Salary Range: $175000-$200000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the
Companys base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors
including but not limited to location and experience.
The additional total direct compensation and benefits described above are subject to the terms and conditions
