Position Summary...

The Senior Manager Construction oversees multiple construction projects by managing budgets schedules and contractor performance to ensure quality and compliance with regulations. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to address project scope resolve issues and maintain alignment with operational needs. The position requires strong leadership in mentoring associates driving continuous improvement and fostering effective communication. The Senior Manager is responsible for delivering projects that meet business objectives while upholding company standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the construction lifecycle.

The team leads fast-paced projects focused on electric vehicles depots and automated parcel delivery systems supporting key business objectives. They manage construction schedules budgets and quality standards while collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and project success. Emphasizing strategic planning risk management and effective communication the team drives timely delivery and operational excellence. What youll do...

• Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates tracking reports and approving payments change orders and invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations enforcing performance standards and addressing noncompliance with contractors and teams.
• Manage multiple construction projects by coordinating schedules resolving conflicts and liaising with municipalities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with facility management to align project scope and schedules minimizing operational impact and ensuring milestone achievement.
• Supervise and develop associates through training mentoring performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Identify risks develop contingency plans and drive continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00 - $155000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
