About the Role
You will join the AI & Automation Solutions teaman agile fastgrowing group that functions like an internal tech agency within this role you will help build modern webbased applications that solve meaningful problems for internal business teams and external clients. Youll work across diverse products collaborate closely with global engineering partners and bring ideas from concept to launch.

What You Will Do
In this role you will:
- Lead products through the full lifecyclefrom discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Translate business needs into clear usercentered product requirements.
- Write strong documentation including workflows acceptance criteria and user stories.
- Prioritize backlogs and partner closely with developers including offshore teams.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders across departments and time zones.
- Support internal and external projects that vary in size scope and audience.
- Contribute to a team culture that values learning curiosity and inclusive decisionmaking.
What You Bring
You will succeed in this role if you bring:
- 35 years of product management experience (more is welcomed; less may be considered based on strength of experience).
- Experience working in digital product or tech agency environments where youve worked across multiple products or clients.
- A track record of taking products from concept through launch including postlaunch iteration.
- Strong skills in requirements writing documentation and prioritization.
- A collaborative problemsolving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with web applications and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Comfort partnering with offshore teams including teams in India.
- Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones for team overlap.
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship.

The annual salary range for this position is $78000 - $133000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices currently located in Chicago metro Detroit Los Angeles and New York City are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients which may include attendance in an office.
