As Assistant General Manager you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.
You will partner closely with the General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Front Office Housekeeping Accounting Food & Beverage and Engineering ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Autograph brand and Colwen Hotels commitment to service.
A primary focus will be an oversight of the Front Office and Accounting.

- 3 years of hotel management experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- F&B Operations experience a primary focus

- Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments.
