Job Summary

What you will do:
Provide first-line onsite or remote technical support for hardware software and network-related issues under supervision.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems on desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new workplaces including cabling and peripheral devices.
Install configure and maintain basic hardware and software components including operating systems and standard applications.
Document all support activities accurately and comprehensively.
Support system rollouts migrations and updates under supervision.
Maintain inventory records of IT assets and replace defective hardware components under guidance.
What you bring & who you are:
Student in final years or recent graduate in Computer Science Technical Engineering Systems Administration or related fields.
Basic knowledge of hardware software and networking concepts.
Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and productivity software (Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with remote support tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changes.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
Fluent in English (intermediate-advanced proficiency); German is a plus.
