Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company registration and prequalification on tendering platforms
- Maintain and update the company profile and tender documentation
- Establish automated pricing system for company
- Establish tendering role and specification for company
- Prepare and submit tender proposals with new solutions in submitted proposal for project owner
- Review tender documents drawings and technical specifications
- Analyze project scope risks and opportunities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates budgets and pricing proposals
- Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Develop competitive and accurate pricing strategies
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and project teams
- Prepare and submit compliant technical and commercial proposals on time
- Ensure adherence to client requirements and company standards
- Respond to client queries and support negotiation processes
- Manage technical documentation including drawings and material submittals
- Support procurement by verifying technical compliance of materials and equipment
- Resolve technical issues and discrepancies during tendering and execution stages
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of estimation and tendering processes
- Good understanding of construction landscaping or engineering projects
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
