About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK project management tool built specifically for creative agencies a UK-based employer to hire for this role. Their platform is used by over 1200 agencies to manage briefs timesheets and invoicing and theyve just launched a new enterprise tier that needs hands-on onboarding support.

The role

Youll manage the onboarding and ongoing success of a portfolio of agency accounts making sure they get real value from the platform. Working within the customer success team youll run onboarding calls handle support escalations monitor account health signals and identify upsell opportunities.

What youll do

• Onboard new agency accounts through structured training calls and walkthroughs
• Monitor account health metrics and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
• Handle tier-1 support escalations and coordinate resolutions with the product team
• Identify upsell opportunities and flag them to the account management team
• Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in HubSpot

What youll need

• Experience in a customer-facing role CS account management or support
• Strong spoken and written English for client calls and email communication
• Comfortable learning and explaining SaaS products in detail
• Organised and able to manage a portfolio of 50 accounts
• MonFri availability during UK business hours

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
• Background in agency or creative services
