Trinity Fire & security are hiring a Fire Damper Engineer to install & maintain fire dampers and associated systems. You will be working on mechanical electrical and HVAC systems.

Working across the South of England youll be working as part of a skilled teams of Engineers and support staff to build on the companys reputation in quality and customer service.

The role of Damper Engineer

• Install service and maintain fire dampers in line with Trinitys quality safety and efficiency standards.

• Ensure correct assembly alignment and secure installation of dampers within ductwork and ventilation systems.

• Carry out inspections routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure dampers remain fully operational.

• Support the repair and replacement of faulty components and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Accurately maintain service records reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of HVAC systems construction practices and safety protocols.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• A safety-first approach with a commitment to adhering to company and industry standards.

• Good communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to learn adapt and develop technical expertise in the field.
