Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team of professionals. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of smaller commercial accounts including contractors and other generalist accounts with premium sizes ranging from $10000 to $100000. As a key member of the team you will handle A-Z account management responsibilities supported by virtual assistants and advanced technology for tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) auto ID cards and invoicing.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55000 - $72000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Handle all aspects of account management including policy renewals endorsements and claims assistance.
• Collaborate with virtual assistants and utilize technology to efficiently process COIs auto ID cards and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal team members.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage policy options and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Resident Louisiana Property & Casualty License (required).
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in EPIC insurance software.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services particularly for smaller accounts such as contractors.
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.
