Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedE-Commerce Sales Strategist (Amazon) to oversee and optimize performance across all Amazon channel accounts including domestic and international marketplaces.
This is a hands-on strategic and operational role focused on driving sales growth improving listing health optimizing profitability and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across both Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms globally.
This position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical role in maintaining marketplace excellence and accelerating growth.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Platform Oversight (Domestic & International)
- Oversee management of all Amazon channel accounts (U.S. Canada and international marketplaces)
- Ensure listings are accurate optimized compliant and updated across regions
- Monitor account health and key performance metrics
- Troubleshoot listing suppressions compliance issues shortages and operational disputes
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Analyze daily monthly and YoY sales performance
- Identify trends growth opportunities and underperforming ASINs
- Make data-driven recommendations to increase revenue and margin
- Monitor category performance and competitive landscape
Sales Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion and sales velocity
- Optimize product listings (titles bullets descriptions A content backend keywords)
- Support promotional planning and execution (Lightning Deals coupons Prime events etc.)
- Track and evaluate deal performance and ROI
Inventory & Operational Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and sales velocity
- Support demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to prevent stockouts
Advertising & Marketplace Expertise
- Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising (PPC Sponsored Ads DSP)
- Ability to interpret advertising metrics and understand impact on organic ranking
- Familiarity with Amazon Creator Connections
- Experience with Good Ads is a plus
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on Amazon experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Vendor Central and Seller Central (required)
- Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces including international accounts
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive measurable sales growth
- Advanced Excel skills (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and priorities simultaneously
