Key Highlights:

• Join a collaborative Pediatric Hematology-Oncology team providing care for children and adolescents with cancer and blood disorders

• Manage patients with benign hematologic conditions and pediatric malignancies including leukemia lymphoma solid tumors sickle cell disease and bleeding disorders

• Perform patient evaluations treatment planning and ongoing disease management

• Manage chemotherapy administration symptom management and supportive care

• Participate in multidisciplinary care teams alongside physicians nurses pharmacists social workers and child life specialists

Qualifications:

• AMastersdegreefrom an accredited Physician Assistantor Nurse Practitionerprogram

• Eligible or current Massachusetts licensewith national certification (ANCC AANP NCCPA as applicable)

• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration arerequired.
