Job Type: Full Time Pay: $20 - $22 per hour Hours Required: Sunday: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday: 12pm-8:00pm Tuesday: 12pm-8:00pm Wednesday: 12pm-8:00pm Thursday 12pm-8:00pm
What Youll Do
Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months -12 years old using Goldfishs proven play based curriculum
Create a safe and positive learning environment
Communicate clearly with families about swimmers progress
Maintain pool safety
Be a supportive professional teammate on and off the pool deck
Greet and assist families in person over the phone and via email/text
Educate families on Goldfish programs scheduling and enrollment options
Complete registration billing tasks and daily reports accurately
Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience
Lifeguard CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)
Training & Growth
Paid training provided
Lifeguard certification is required while employed
Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment
You are paid for training time
